Telephone Contact Officer

My client based in Solihull is seeking a Telephone Contact Officer to provide exceptional levels of customer service while building rapport with clients. You will need to be professional but also able to show empathy as you will be selling funeral plans. You will need to be able to work as part of a team but also be comfortable working alone. There are aspects of outbound sales calls (warm leads), marketing and customer service included in this role.

Hours - 25 hours per week minimum 0900-1400 Monday to Friday.

Salary - £9360 per annum.

Location - Solihull.

Both personal and team bonuses/commission available.


You will be working to achieve targets and be able to deliver a high standard of outbound calls. Excellent communication skills are essential. The ability to handle objection is also necessary.
