My Client provides niche catering services within both the B&I and private education sector. Would you like the opportunity to deliver innovation, service and quality? We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef with a wealth of experience that has been gained while working in a high end hotel or restaurant. You will have a genuine passion for fresh food and be able to create bespoke dishes with complete ease. You will be preparing and serving fresh food for breakfast and lunch to a high standard for the staff restaurant and hospitality department. Working hours and 40 per week 5 days out of 7.

Person requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a high end hotel or restaurant.

  • Fully qualified with a good knowledge of H&S.

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent craft skills.

  • Flexible in your approach to cooking.

  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.

  • Conference/Banqueting experience.
