Lettings Administrator, Medway

My client - a successful, unique Residential Lettings Agency in Medway are currently looking for a hardworking and proactive individual to join their team as a Lettings Administrator on a full time and permanent basis.

They are seeking a candidate who is ambitious, driven and a people person, who could be interested in progressing to receiving targets and commissions after an initial 3 month period.

General Duties:
  • Keeping on top of incoming and outgoing enquiries to secure the best possible tenants for clients.
  • Keeping accurate records and consistently following up with potential leads to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Following up with interested applicants.
  • Booking in viewings.
  • Conducting post viewing tenant feedback.
  • Processing tenant applications.
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements.
  • Reviewing tenancies.
Requirements:
  • Proven admin or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Some lettings experience preferable.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary of between £14,500 and £15,000.
  • 28 days holiday
