Blue Arrow are proud to be recruiting once again for a fantastic company based in Oldham.
The Sous Chef position has arisen from the sites expansion, which plans to continue over the next 12 months! For this fantastic venue, which has no late nights, the ideal Sous Chef will:
*Work alongside the Head Chef in ensuring that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
*Ensure levels of guest satisfaction, controlling quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis.
*Support the effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
*Ensure the department is operated within the legal framework, including health & safety, hygiene, equal opportunities, HACCP and any other legislation as appropriate.
Salary: £22'000 per annum
The role itself does not operate late nights
