An international Airline company are looking to find someone who can effectively manage a kitchen to achieve the highest standard of food production.

The ability to manage and control the food cost in line with budgets is essential alongside maintaining food safty control within the production environment.

participation n menu development and planning activities is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following qualifications:

*City & Guild Catering Qualification in Cookery

*Level 3 (NVQ) Diploma in professional Cookery

*Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Cookery

*Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Professional Cookery

You must have also held a minimum of three years catering management experience.
