Part time temporary customer service assistant exciting opportunity has arisen for part time temporary customer service assistant to work with our client within a National Rail Company. You will be working as part of a team assisting travellers and dealing with the public on a day to day basis and ensuring their customer experience exceeds their expectations.

Shift Patterns:


You would work split shifts between 06.45 - 19.05 working up to 25 hours per week.

There may be a requirement to work weekends.



Duties will include:

  • Dealing with Passengers enquires.


  • Operating the ticket barriers.


  • Complying with strict Health & Safety Guidelines and ensuring that procedures are adhered to.


  • Working as part of a team.


  • Ensuring passenger's safety at all times.




    Skills:
  • Good Communication Skills being professional at all times.


  • Being able to work with the public in high volumes.


  • Flexible working hours able to work shifts.


  • Ability to retain information making sure to co-ordinate to the general public.
