You will need to be fully flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 10pm during the week and weekend (working 5 out of 7 days).

More about the role-

Inbound sales consultants needed for Bury. You will represent Europe's leading specialist in telecommunications retailer and services company who employ over 40,000 people in 9 countries selling over £10bn worth of products and services every year online and in-store.

As an Inbound Sales Consultant you will be targeted to convert warm inbound customer enquiries regarding existing or new mobile phone contracts, PAYG handsets, insurance and accessories into sales. You will typically handle around 30 to 40 inbound calls per shift. This is a rare sales opportunity as there is no cold or outbound calling.

What skills you need -

To be a successful Inbound Sales Consultant you will be confident, ambitious, naturally motivated and driven by financial success with the desire and hunger to over achieve on targets and KPI's to reap the fantastic rewards available. Excellent communication and strong keyboard skills are a necessity.
