The role of a Blue Arrow agency cook is diverse, rewarding and great for those who are looking for work that offers something a bit different each week.

The process of becoming a Blue Arrow agency chef is simple and follows 5 basic steps.

  1. In person meeting with your consultant, who will assess your background and suitability for the range of employers we work with.
  2. We check your availability and preferred location for work.
  3. You complete a few documents and we check your proof of Right to Work and Food Hygiene Certificate & Qualifications.
  4. We seek references from at least your most recent employer.
  5. We expertly match you to current positions which meet your expectations and availability.
Agency work is perfect for many scenarios, including those who seek full-time work, however due to its nature we cannot guarantee any minimum hours each week. On average, our chefs with full-time availability worked an average of 41.5 hours per week throughout April 2017.
