My client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work on a telephone based Helpdesk team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join a team based in Darlington.

The main element of the role involves delivering excellent customer service through answering incoming calls and assisting with queries, re-setting passwords, giving information and support to a wide variety of client contacts, responding to emails in a timely manner ensuring excellent written communication.

You will be required to answer calls and queries in relation to assisting members opting in and out of various benefit schemes, dealing with queries in relation to password resets and getting access to their log ins.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, and hours worked will be provided on a rota basis (between 08:30am - 5:30pm)

Key requirements of the role are:

+Previous experience in a customer service/call centre background is essential.
+ Must be used to working in a telephone based environment
+Must be computer literate
+Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
+Able to take on a lot of information and apply it to the job role.
+Able to work well as part of a team and able to use own initiative.

On the Job training will be provided, with ongoing support, monthly reviews and one to ones.

You must be able to start immediately, as this is a temporary ongoing contract.

As part of the initial screening process you will need to provide a full 3 year work history, full 5 year address history, pass a basic police check and credit check.
