6AM-2PM £7.20 per hour, increasing to £7.85 after 13 weeks.

2PM-10PM £8.00 per hour, increasing to £8.50 after 13 weeks

The role involves working in a busy warehouse environment on Lingfield Point.

The hours of work will be either 6 - 2 or 2 - 10 (shifts will be allocated on work needs and specific work pattern preference might not always be met)

The role will also involve 'indexing' files which involves PC work; entering information on to a PC and scanning files, therefore PC literacy is essential as you will be working to productivity targets.

The role will also require manually retrieving files from various warehouse locations, confirming file status and returning files to correct location, receiving and despatching documents to a tight "Just In Time" deadline meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA's).

Successful candidates will be part of a team reporting to a Team Leader but will also need to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative and without supervision.

The successful candidate must:

  • Be reliable and have a good level of fitness as this role is can be manual in the warehouse.

  • Have competent PC skills as they will be entering information onto a computerised system.

  • Demonstrate good numeric and literacy skills as they will be retrieving and returning documents from location by picking sheets (work orders).

  • Understand and work to all relevant written instructions or procedures.

  • Work on own initiative and as part of a team to meet both the role and

    organisational objectives.

  • Be both quality and performance focussed as they will be working in a target driven environment.

  • Be flexible as they may be required to move between process operations and other work streams.

You will need to provide a full 3 year work history, full 5 year address history and will undergo basic Police and Credit Checks.
