We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for our client, an established Logistics company.

The ideal candidate will have previous call centre experience within a busy environment.

The duties for this role are as follows:

Taking a high volume of calls
Dealing with Customer and company queries
Updating in house systems
General Administration
Problem Solving
Working with Excel

Skills required:

Excellent communication skills
Problem solving
PC Literate
Confident in Excel

The shift pattern for this role is 5 days over 7 between the hours of 4pm-8pm with the opportunity of overtime.
