Employee Relations Specialist

A local Health-care provider are recruiting for an Employee Relations Specialist to cover maternity leave. The salary is £35k per annum depending on experience- Immediate start

Main Duties

  • Management of 'high risk' cases ensuring timely and effective resolution


  • Provide a timely and effective HR induction for all people managers and monitor and evaluate any additional training/coaching required


  • Attendance at all Divisional/Regional meetings


  • Training and coaching in ER areas, legislative topics and HR processes


  • Case manage all disciplinary appeals (in relation to dismissals)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong and up to date knowledge and experience of employment law & HR best practice


  • Good planning & organisational skills and thrives on managing a varied workload


  • Accomplished report writing skills


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel


  • Respects and maintains confidentiality
