HR Administrator required to provide a customer focused support service to HR Management Team. Temporary contract to mid-September 17, based in Inverness area, Full time (35 hours per week) - Hourly Rate £Neg.
- Assisting with company recruitment
- Administration of staff transfers, leavers and changes
- Recording and reporting of staff absence.
- Streamlining and organisation of HR filing systems.
- First point of contact for all HR Enquiries.
- Previous administrative experience in HR or Learning & Development function an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages to Intermediate/Advanced level.
- Ability to work with confidentiality and integrity and deal with confidential information.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to build working relationships with staff at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task varying workload.
