HR Administrator

HR Administrator required to provide a customer focused support service to HR Management Team. Temporary contract to mid-September 17, based in Inverness area, Full time (35 hours per week) - Hourly Rate £Neg.

Main Duties
  • Assisting with company recruitment
  • Administration of staff transfers, leavers and changes
  • Recording and reporting of staff absence.
  • Streamlining and organisation of HR filing systems.
  • First point of contact for all HR Enquiries.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous administrative experience in HR or Learning & Development function an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages to Intermediate/Advanced level.
  • Ability to work with confidentiality and integrity and deal with confidential information.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build working relationships with staff at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task varying workload.
