Role Overview:

Our client is a leading holiday park. They are currently recruiting for a Grill/ Line Chef for their site in Lymington. This company offers excellent benefits and opportunities to progress. As Grill/ Line Chef you will be responsible for the grill. Being fully aware of food safety and hygiene policies and procedures. Working 5/7 days days, various shifts - 50 hours a week. Salary of up to £21K and 20 days annual leave + bank holidays



Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Grill/Line Chef:

  • Comply with Food Hygiene Legislation Delivery of all financial KPI's.
  • The ability to cook all meat foods well to standard specification.
  • To ensure area and equipment is clean


What You Need To Be a Successful Grill/ Line Chef:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Aware of relevant hygiene, health and safety, food safety
  • Food Hygiene Certificate
  • City & guilds 706/2/3 or NVQ equivalent
