We have an exciting opportunity for a senior sous Chef to become part of the successful kitchen team at an affluent Northamptonshire countryside pub restaurant.

Working alongside the current kitchen team consisting of a head chef, commis and kitchen Porter, you will be expected to deliver for a wide variety of Fresh dishes making the most of seasonal changes. It is therefore essential that you have excellent food quality standards and have strong team working abilities.

Further role responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in meeting financial targets and profit margins

  • Ensuring stock levels are correct

  • Developing new dishes and menus

  • Managing wastage effectively through portion control

  • Ensuring all COSHH and health and safety standards are met

This fantastic opportunity is being offered with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum.
