What: Inbound Customer Service Advisor

When: Thursday 10th November

Where: Birmingham City Centre

Hours: Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7 rota - the call centre is 24 hours, the shifts we are looking for cover is from 8am - 8pm.

Expected to be for 4 - 5 weeks work

How much: £8.45 per hour

Why?

Our client provide an inbound telephony service for customers who hold a store credit card and need general customer service assistance. They currently need an additional 20 advisors to help with the volume of calls at present for the next 4 - 5 weeks. 2 days training will be provided.

Your key duties will include:-

  • Answering inbound calls


  • Adhering to DPA


  • Updating the system


  • Taking online payments


  • Ensuring the customer receive 1st class customer service



    Requirements:


  • Previous customer service experience on the telephone


  • IT Literate and able to answer calls and update more than one system at once.


  • Available to start on Thursday with no time off required


  • If successful you will be required to have a credit check and DS check carried out by Blue Arrow.
