Chef de Partie - Central Southampton!



A Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef is required for a branded hotel based in Southampton City Centre. They offer a range of local and international cuisine in a relaxed setting. The hotel can also cater for high-volume functions and events and attracts both corporate and leisure guests. The successful candidate will work 5 out of 7 days - All straight shifts!



Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals to the required standard
  • Health & safety/food hygiene
  • Help with deliveries
  • Ensure workspace remains clean and tidy
  • Stock control


Chef de Partie Requirements:
  • Experience at Commis Chef or CDP level in a high-volume hotel or restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player
  • A willingness to learn and progress




The reward:
  • An hourly rate of Up to £8p/h

Eligibility:
