Call Handlers required to work shifts various covering a 24 hours service. The rotating shifts include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
The hourly rate starts at £8.01 whilst training and while working on day shifts, this will to £10.79 when working on evening and weekend shifts.
The role is working within a busy call centre taking calls from members of the public along with other public services.

The skills required to succeed in this role are good communication skills, the ability to demonstrate empathy with the public
Good IT skills are ESSENTIAL along with previous use of databases.
