We are looking for a customer service advisor to work within a large organisation carrying out the following tasks;


  • Provide excellent customer service at all times whilst operating within company guidelines and constraints within the processes of the C & LS area.
  • To answer all general enquiries which may be emails, tasks or calls promptly and efficiently, for example: Returns Authorisations, customer service queries relating to replacements, literature requests.
  • To input customer data as required to fulfil all customer requests and provide an audit trail of any action taken.
  • Maintain set targets, action and fulfil all customer requests within the given SLA's.
  • To participate actively in the work of the department, working with colleagues to achieve a common goal.
  • To be fully developed in the use of appropriate operating systems, policies and procedures within the Care & Logistics Department.
  • Achieve/maintain quality standard KPI in all work completed.
  • Being responsible and having the knowledge to satisfy the customer's needs on first contact resolution.
  • Being able to consider the customer's unique circumstances and take responsibility to arrive at a solution that satisfies the customer.
  • Being aware of the cost to serve the customer at all times.
  • To action and fulfil all customer requests within the given SLA's.
The right candidates must have;

  • Experience of handling multi-query types and have some products and services knowledge
  • Analytical and reasoning skills to ensure complex queries are dealt with efficiently without the need for escalation.
  • Knowledge of customer processes
  • High level of accuracy
  • Customer Focus
