Sous Chef - 5* Hotel, Fine Dining - Live In (£26k + Tips)

A Unique opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef in a luxury seafront hotel. You'll be working under the Exec Sous & Head Chefs in a large brigade. This role would suit a strong Jnr Sous who's looking to step up. The company itself is renowned as a high end group with fantastic training and progression.

Shifts are a mixture of splits and straights, but the location is highly accessible by public transport, with a lot to do in the area. Live in accommodation is available!!! You'll work 45 hours per week and have Sundays & Mondays off.

The Role of a Sous Chef in Eastbourne
  • Assisting the Head Chef with the supervising, training & development of the other members within the brigade
  • Preparation, presentation & satisfaction of customers in all food outlets to a standard set by the Head Chef.
  • To carry out all requests and duties from Head Chef & Exec Sous

What you need to get the job of the Sous Chef in Eastbourne
  • Experience at a similar level
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent within a Rosette environment
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
