Temp Customer Service Advisor

Blue Arrow are recruiting for Temporary Customer Service Advisors to cover a busy period from November 2016 to Christmas.

An exciting and challenging opportunity which would suit candidates that show professionalism and passion for the delivery of customer service. You will be required to be fully flexible throughout the assignment working 40 hours per week over any 5 days out of 7. You will need to be able to work between the hours of 7.00am - 11.00pm.
Duties:

Receiving and dealing with inbound customer calls.
Communicate all client products and services to the customer to company standards.
Working as part of a team to answer calls in a controlled and timeless fashion.
Promote the company at any given opportunity.
Support the customer by identifying their requirements and ensuring complete customer service is carried out to the satisfaction of both the client and customer.

Requirements:

Experience of working in a contact centre/technical support/customer focused environment.
Experience of dealing with customers
Excellent communication skills both oral and literate
Be able to determine requirements by consulting with the customer and identifying issues
Ability to work in a fast paced challenging environment
