An opportunity is available for a number of Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a busy team based in Peterlee. You will be working on behalf of a leading energy supplier, to provide excellent customer service.

This is a full time, temporary ongoing position - You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week and must be fully flexible between the hours of 08:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday and between the hours of 08:00am - 6:00pm on Saturday's. The offices are closed on Sunday.

We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience or contact centre experience, however other experience within similar environments e.g. retail will be considered. Successful candidates will have an excellent and professional telephone manner and will be organised and able to work within a team.

Successful candidates will be required to pass a basic credit check and background check prior to being offered the role.

Applicants must be able to start Monday 12th December
