Supervisor - Hotel - Amesbury - £16k-£18k + Live-In

A new unique hotel near Amesbury is looking for a Supervisor to join their team. The hotel is privately owned and the second of their progressive group following the success of their flagship boutique hotel in the South. They offer stylish rooms for both business and leisure guests and cater for weddings, conferences and functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the hotel and will work 5/7 days to include evenings and weekends.



Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Assist the management team in all areas of the hotel including reception, marketing and events and food and beverage
  • Serve food and drink in the bar and restaurant and during functions
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Carry out other reception duties when required
  • Supervise and train staff to deliver correct standards
  • Handle customer queries and complaints


Supervisor Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar hospitality environment
  • Able to motivate the team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly and customer focussed
  • Good food and beverage knowledge
  • Keen to learn and progress


The Reward:
  • Salary of £16k-£18k
