Guest Services Manager - Bognor Regis - £28k-£32k

A Guest Services Manager is required for a large hospitality business in Bognor Regis. You will be responsible for ensuring the teams in all reception departments deliver efficient and effective customer service to guests and exceed guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service and will have experience managing the front office of a high volume business or hotel.



Guest Services Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the Reception and Guest Services Departments as well as the Resort Safety and Welcome Teams managing a team of 30 staff
  • Ensure exceptional face to face and telephone customer service is provided
  • Recruit, train and motivate the teams across all departments
  • Control and manage the budget
  • Monitor and exceed guest satisfaction
  • Control guest allocations
  • Handle customer queries and complaints
  • Implement standard operating systems and legislation


Guest Services Manager Requirements:

  • Experience of working as a Front Office Manager or equivalent within a hotel or resort environment
  • Proven leadership, management and problem solving skills
  • Recognise the importance of guest satisfaction and feedback
  • Be smart, personable, reliable and enthusiastic
  • Possess exceptional customer rapport and communication skills




The Reward:

  • Salary of £28,000 - £32,000
