Restaurant Manager - Southampton - Circa £25k


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a privately owned, fresh food restaurant in Southampton. They offer an excellent choice of modern Mediterranean food using high quality, seasonal ingredients served in a relaxed environment. The successful candidate will have experience as Restaurant Manager in a quality food-led environment and will work 5/7 days to include evenings and weekends.



Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Hands on management of the busy restaurant
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Recruit, train and develop the team
  • Create rotas and training schedules
  • Assist with decision making to drive the business forward
  • Help ensure budgets and forecasts are met


Restaurant Manager Requirements:
  • Experience at Restaurant Manager level in a quality food-led environment
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of profit and loss and spend per head
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
