We have three positions opening in Horsham. Various roles available: Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Executive Chef.
All aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines and/or customer preferences. Cook to order.
Leading the team - giving tasks to the catering staff.
Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, to include proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and implements.
Daily temperature checks of fridges, freezers, storage areas, deliveries and recording assessment where necessary.
The role starts as an ongoing assignment but might become PERMANENT for the right candidate.
Shifts: 37.50 hours / week (5/7 days)
Hours between: 5am - midnight
Pay: £11.30 - £15.40
