Case Handler

Blue Arrow are working in partnership with a leading financial services provider in the Plymouth area, who are currently recruiting Case Handlers to support a busy team. We are seeking a Case Handler, full time hours on a contract basis - minimum of 4 months. For the successful applicant the client will be offering ongoing work, paid holiday, work life balance, a fantastic salary and much more.

As Case Handler in Plymouth you will be required to;

- Respond to quires in a timely manner, providing information and guidance.
- Providing accurate and timely documentation to include emails, and reports.
- Develop and maintain systems, including filing systems and keeping client records.
- Maintaining knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role.
- Handling customer payments appropriately and in line with all procedures.

To apply for the Case Handler position you will require;

- Advanced Customer Service skills.
- Effective communication of information - verbally and written.
- Ability to remain clam under pressure, and answer a range of quires.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good telephone skills with the ability to record information accurately.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Well organized and good communication skills.
