Payroll Administrator

My Client based in central Luton is looking for a proven payroll administrator.

This is for an immediate temporary position , initially for 3 months.

Job In Brief:

Maintain all the data records for a specified group of employees primarily employed under both locally negotiated, and departmental terms and conditions of employment; that are required to prepare, calculate accurately and process monthly salary payments.
  • Input pay data from a range of submitted documents (both paper and electronic), including timesheets, overtime & expenses;

  • Processing starters and leavers;

  • Contract changes

  • Administration of statutory and occupational absence schemes;

  • Implement national and local pay awards;

  • Statutory (PAYE, NI and pension) and voluntary deductions;

  • Producing manual payments when requested.

  • Check & verify exception reports to ensure employees are paid correctly.
