HR Services Team Leader

Brief Outline of Role:

My client is based in central Luton which is just 25 minutes away from London on the train.

We urgently need somone to lead team of 8 HR professionals within a recruitment services department.

You will assist the HR Services Manager in the production and maintance of records, databases, the intranet and reports.

Develop, implement and maintain HR transactional end to end processes.

Ensure all HR services activity is recorded and monitored and performance levels are reported on a regular basis

Ensure that all HR Assistants are up to date on relevant employment law, procedural and policy developments, Systems training and knowledge.

Person Spec:

Team management or leadership experience

Strong internal recruitment and permanent recruitment process experience

Knowledge of employment contracts and pre-employment checks

Able to communicate effectively

Detailed knowledge of employment contracts
