  • Outstanding customer service skills Mon to Fri 37.5 hour week
  • Answering telephone queries and being proactive to resolve customer complaints
  • Order management, checking stock availability, opening and closing orders on in house systems, confirming dispatched orders, POD and freight cost management, working with the customer to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Dealing with returned stock, arranging collection and processing credits
  • Providing cover for other team members when required
  • General administration duties
  • Great communication skills with a friendly approachable manner
    • Good level of numerical and written skills
    • Good level of PC skills, proficient use of Excel would be an advantage
    • High level of attention to detail and able to work at pace
    • Able to work as part of a team, using your initiative and delivering to tight deadlines
    • Be solution focused, with a proactive approach to resolving issues for positive results
