We are recruiting Inbound Call Centre Advisors to work at the Debenhams' call centre in the middle of Leeds.

Shifts

  • Fully Flexible to work 4 week days and 1 weekend day. (Including over the festive period)


  • The Contact Centre opens between 08:00 and 23:00. Your shift rota will be 8 hours per day between these hours.

The role:

You will be expected to assist with customer orders, queries and complaints in a professional manner. Service excellence and personal ownership of each query will be key to succeed in the role.


  • Pay rate of £8.05 per hour

Tasks include:

  • Answering the client's inbound customer calls
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints and queries from store staff
  • Processing customer orders, tracking deliveries, processing refunds and exchanges
  • Delivering superior service and quality at all times
