Pastry Sous Chef 5* Central London Hotel

£30k + Tailored Benefits Package

My client is looking for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to work alongside the Executive chef, heading up the pastry section of the kitchen.

You will be responsible for:

The relaunch of afternoon tea for the hotel

Menu planning and development of seasonal offerings

Supervising all pastry & dessert preparation & presentation

Manage food cost controls to drive revenue across the F&B department

Delivering excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings

Who we are looking for:

A talented pastry chef with knowledge of current trends and a creative approach

A can do attitude & a team player

You will have 2 years as a Pastry CDP or Pastry chef experience with high volume food production

Excellent management skills with the ability to help develop a team

Strong communication skills and a can do attitude

Basic IT skills with previous experience of cost control & menu development
