Fully Flexible to work any 5 out of 7 days on a 3 week rota basis. The Contact Centre opens between 07:00 and 23:00. Your shift rota will be 8 hours per day between these hours.

The role:

You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service by taking ownership of this client's customer enquiries.
  • Need to be fully flexible to work a 40 hour week (5 days out of 7)
  • Rate of pay £7.56 per hour
Tasks include:
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, manage and resolve customer complaints following online purchases
  • Researching information and process orders via the in-house computer system
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Processing orders, track deliveries and handle billing enquires
  • Identifying and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resource
  • Documenting all call information and complete call logs accurately and timely
  • Ensuring high level of customer care and attention to detail at all times
The skills you will need to apply:
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • PC Literate
  • A desire to provide a 'Feel Good' Customer experience to every customer.
