Junior Sous Chef - Monday to Friday - C&B

If you are looking for Monday to Friday chef work, and have experience in a busy conference and banqueting kitchen, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This position would be suitable for a Senior Chef de Partie looking for the next step in your career, but previous experience in conference and banqueting is essential.

Catering for up to 600 delegates, you must be a confident and well organised chef, capable of leading a team in the absence of the Head Chef.
