NEWLY OPENED RESTAURANT


Role Overview:

Recruiting for a talented, dedicated and loyal Senior Sous Chef to join a renowned private members club based in Epsom. You will be heading up their newly opened Restaurant, serving the highest of culinary standards to their members. You will be responsible for working with the Exec Chef to drive the business forward, using fresh and seasonal produce and motivating and managing your team efficiently



You will work on a 5 out of 7 day basis



Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To produce and present the dishes to meet the required standard
  • Support the Head Chef with the day to day catering, and deputise in his absence
  • To assist with managing and maintaining the stock and storage
  • To help with training and developing the team
  • To adhere to all health and safety regulations


Candidate Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous experience at a similar level
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and training skills


The Reward:
  • Salary of £35,000 per annum
