The Company

A restaurant situated in a lovely location in the centre of Winchester. The extensive and imaginative menu is ever-changing, using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. They are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. This company offers excellent benefits and career opportunities to progress.

Required Experience

As a Sous Chef you will be required to have previous experience within a similar role. You will need to have a background working with fresh food and be aware of all the health and safety/food safety legislation's practiced in working kitchens. Qualifications to an NVQ level 2 or city and guilds equivalent is also preferred BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.

You will be supporting a Head Chef in daily tasks, menu planning, training junior staff.

The Reward:

" up to Salary of £24,000 + Tips + Meals on duty & 3Days off per week
