Chef De Partie

Blue Arrow is working with a picturesque and luxurious hotel & restaurant in the Vale of Glamorgan, just a few miles away from Wales' iconic capital, Cardiff.

We are looking to appoint a Chef De Partie. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for working in the restaurant part of the business and ensure that the reputation that has been built up by the current head chef is maintained. The team is made up of 12 members at the moment.

Offering a simple, fresh and quailty menu, this venue is looking for a competent chef who may be looking for career progression. Ideally suited to a sous chef who is looking to progress.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of c. £25,000 + guaranteed tips + realistic bonus structure.
