Assistant Manager - Holiday Resort - Bognor Regis - £24k

An Assistant Manager is required for a high volume hospitality business in Bognor Regis. You will be supporting the Manager of the diner to ensure exceptional guest experience is delivered and lead the team towards excellence. The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality and will work varied hours to include evenings and weekends.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Provide a great diner experience for guests
  • Oversee and achieve financial budgets
  • Lead a team and assist with providing support, coaching and training
  • Assist with conferences and events
  • Regularly review guest feedback and implement changes where needed
  • Ensure all regulations, policies and procedures are complied with

Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a busy branded bar/food/restaurant environment
  • Experience of profit and loss
  • Have knowledge of food hygiene
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a demanding workload through hands-on management
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility with working hours to meet the needs of the business

The Reward:
  • A salary of £24,000
