Recruitment Managing Consultant

Fantastic opportunity in our Luton Head Office - Managing Recruitment Consultant to work within our new National Perms Centre.

The position:

Ideal for those with a recruitment/resourcing and management background.

Basic salary 25k

Managing the Resourcing team and fulfilment needs of the National Perms Centre by proactively filling all vacancies by searching, selecting and providing service excellence to clients and candidates.

As a Managing Consultant in our National Perms Centre in Luton Head Office you will revel in:

  • Resourcing, searching, identifying candidates using a variety of sourcing and attraction channels

  • Placing permanent roles

  • Managing, motivating, developing your team

  • Conducting monthly 1-2-1's with your Resourcing team

  • Maximising gross margin and generating permanent revenue

  • Delivering service excellence to clients and candidates

  • Understanding labour requirements, designing candidate attraction strategies

  • Attending new business client sales visits

  • Pre-screening and telephone interviewing

  • Assisting and briefing candidates with the application and interview process

  • Maintaining accurate records, compliance, spreadsheets, administration

    This role falls within our National Perms Centre team, consisting of two Resources and a Managing Consultant and all headed up by an experienced Blue Arrow Senior Manager. Based in our Luton head office close to road/train links and with parking and a café onsite.
