Site Manager - Contract Catering - Monday-Friday - £13.43p/h

A Site Manager is required for a large Contract Catering company near Bovington to oversee the entire site managing the kitchen, catering, retail, cleaning and accommodation teams. The successful candidate will have general management experience, ideally in a contract catering environment. The working hours are 40 hours per week, typically 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend and evening shift when there are functions.



Site Manager Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage the kitchen, catering, retail, cleaning and mess services teams
  • Recruit, support, train and develop the teams
  • Ensure company standards are met and excellent customer service is delivered
  • Control budgets and set targets to ensure growth of turnover
  • Accountable for innovative menu planning and design of food service
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Build internal and external relationships
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to


Site Manager Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Ability to manage, motivate and lead the team
  • Sound financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to use initiative and take responsibility
  • Full driving licence
