Junior Sous Chef

Based just outside of Swindon Blue Arrow have an excellent opportunity for a Chef to work in an award winner pub working with the finest ingredients. Our client is looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie to step up to join the team delivering the best meals to Rosette standards.

The Candidate:
Experience working with fresh ingredients and fine dining
Flexibility on shifts as some splits may be required
An ability to work under pressure
To lead an motivate

The Role:
Permanent contract
A 5 out of 7 shift pattern
Salary up to £20000 dependant on experience
An opportunity to work in a kitchen award 2 Rosettes in 2016
