An exciting opportunity has become available for a team leader to lead the administration operation of a professional technical practice in Glasgow City Centre.

You will be responsible for providing professional executive secretarial and administrative support, as well as responsibility for the administration service/function.

Duties:

Provide professional administration services across the office.
Lead a team of administrators and secretaries within the administration function.
Implement QA procedures and compliance for projects.
Support the teams with completion of H&S requirements.
Assist technical directors with both expense and timesheets.
To assist with the production of marketing and presentations.
Secretarial support including diary management.
Organising conferences, client events and webinars.


Skills:
Vocational qualification in administration and secretarial.
A level qualification on standard subjects.
Professional Manner at all times.
Advanced level of MS Office and proficient with graphic packages.
Previous experience in a lead role.
Communicates and shares knowledge to support the business.
Understanding of responsibilities within a commercial environment.
Ability to work under pressure and to strict timelines.
