We are currently looking for a full team to deliver a customer service role, within the retail world of M&S.

The requirements are:

  • Able to travel to Kirby each day


  • Operational window is between 8am-11pm - shifts will include late and Early


  • 42.5Hours per week


  • Working 5 out of 7 days Inc weekends on a rota basis (at least 2 per month)


Calls consist of:

  • Answering general enquiries regarding orders


  • Taking/Processing customer orders


  • Organising delivers


  • Checking status on orders/deliveries


  • General stock information
