Administration Coordinator

Shift: Monday to Friday, full time, 9-5pm
Salary: £7.20ph, increasing to £8.20ph after completing first 12 weeks
Start date: As soon as possible
Contract type: Temporary on going

An exciting opportunity has become available to work as an Administration Coordinator; this position is located in Coventry - just a 5 minute car journey from the city centre.

  • Coordinating the medical section of the recruitment process for The Royal Navy and RAF service

  • Liaising with medical experts and GP surgeries

  • Inputting and updating the case management system throughout the case cycle

  • Processing GP information requested by the Medical experts

  • Supporting the candidates as much as possible in order to avoid delays in their application process

  • Booking follow up medical appointments for candidates


  • Proven administration experience is essential

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to deal with complex customer queries and related issues

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, use of Outlook

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • The ability to prioritise work and identify and deal with urgent matters quickly and efficiently
