Continual development

All our people have ongoing access to a variety of e-learning, in-house and external training courses to help continually develop their skills. Recruitment staff all complete industry recognised qualifications and pass supporting NVQ accreditations as they progress along our flexible career pathways.

Manager’s make the difference

Our renowned 12-month School Of Excellence course prepares our managers of the future by developing management confidence and essential leadership skills. Find out more and hear from recent delegates.

During 2017 we also launched a Virtuoso Programme to help all managers develop their management skills, knowledge and behaviour.

The programme is delivered over 24 months to include a wide range of coaching and management techniques through training days, e-learning and 121 mentoring sessions.

At the end of the programme, all Blue Arrow managers will have gained recognised qualifications with an Apprenticeship in Management & Leadership and a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Diploma Level 5.
