Talent Leasing

Our Talent Leasing service allows you to outsource the employee base of non-core business functions to a specialist resourcing partner. This allows you to focus on further developing your business strategy and achieving your key objectives whilst giving the responsibility for day-to-day delivery or ‘output’ to a strategic partner.

For Talent Leasing to be a success in your business, you simply tell us what ‘output’ your business requires on a hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis. The responsibility, which includes the employment and size of workforce required to achieve it, rests entirely with Blue Arrow.

Examples of output could include:

  • Items picked and packed per day
  • Items manufactured per month
  • Inbound or outbound calls per hour
  • Database records updated per day

To achieve the ‘output’, dedicated HR professionals will be based from your premises and work in an open partnership constructed around service level agreements to maximise your business performance, optimise employee productivity and reduce costs. This includes day-to-day task and workforce supervision, HR management, pay and bonus incentives, training and development programmes and pension provision.

This activity is undertaken by Blue Arrow whilst always remaining under the strategic direction of your senior management team.

Talent Leasing also allows you to retain other key business assets such as infrastructure, equipment and intellectual property should you wish to in-house at a later date.

Talent Leasing is suitable for any company that:

  • currently undertakes activities that it feels require greater focus to improve effectiveness
  • undertakes activities that are not considered core to overall strategy. For example, this could be a manufacturing company with in-house warehousing and logistics facilities or a utilities company with its own call centres.
  • is familiar with outsourcing other functions such as IT and is looking for the next generation of efficiency savings
  • has limited centralised resources
  • is looking to partner with a resourcing expert
  • wishes to retain key business assets such as infrastructure, equipment and intellectual property but requires access to operational and HR best practice
