Blue Arrow was selected as winner of the 2011 National Training Award East of England Large Employer Category, in August 2011.
Our 'School of Excellence' Management Development Programme was considered to be 'exemplary' by the judges and indicative of 'best practice' with regards to training schemes nationwide. They were particularly impressed with the contribution the programme is making in developing Blue Arrow staff and the wider community.
