Local recruitment consultancy, Blue Arrow, is today (8th May) celebrating the 25th anniversary of its Potters Bar Branch. Over the past two and a half decades 100,000 people have been placed in permanent and temporary work.
To mark this important milestone, Blue Arrow will be holding a champagne reception for local employers. Attending the event will be the Mayor of Hertsmere, Cllr Martin Saunders and his wife Jane, as well as some of Blue Arrow’s key clients including Everest Home Improvements, the National Institute of Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC) and the Royal Veterinary College.
Blue Arrow works in partnership with local employers ranging from not-for-profit and governmental organisations through to educational and healthcare institutions as well as local and national companies, demonstrating the diverse services that Blue Arrow offers the Potters Bar region.
“We are delighted to be celebrating our 25th anniversary,” said Kirstie Emptage, Branch Manager, Blue Arrow, Potters Bar. “During our time in Potters Bar we’ve placed over 100,000 people in work, that’s the equivalent of employing the whole town five times over.
“We feel that this remarkable longevity demonstrates Blue Arrow’s commitment to the local community and responsiveness to our clients and applicants.”
The celebratory event is being held at the John Evelyn Suite, West Lodge Park Hotel, Cockfosters.
