Blue Arrow, is delighted to announce that, for the second year running, Blue Arrow has been awarded a place in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list for medium-sized companies.
This award measures employee engagement and is the industry guide for identifying superior workplaces. This year’s survey is the most comprehensive yet, with over 230,000 employees contributing their opinions across no fewer than 70 aspects of their workplace. This is now widely recognised as the UK’s definitive survey of working satisfaction.
The award stems from the feedback of our staff. When surveyed at the end of last year, Blue Arrow employees scored the Company highly across nine criteria: leadership, well being, my manager, my team, fair deal, giving something back, my company, personal growth, and communications.
